Choosing a right career is one of the toughest decision we take in our life. Choosing a right career makes our life and a single mistake ruins our life. Considering these things in mind government has taken a good initiative. Government is going to provide free career counseling to the students. Now in government school there will be facilities of career counseling. Teachers will give advice to students that which career option is better for them, for that teacher will be trained.
The training program will be run by Education Department. The training program will be started in month of July to August. The notification of “training campaign” has been sent to all school. The motive of this training is to get informed the students about new technique and new emerging career options and teacher will be trained for that. Under National Secondary Education teacher and principal will be trained to be an entrepreneur under Go to school program.

Three day workshop from 27th July.
Training will be started from27-29 July at K.B. Shay Higher Secondary School and Rajkiye Kanaya Unchh Vidhalaya , Shastrinagar. In first stage of this workshop principals will participate of selected schools and two teachers as a program coordinator. Principal will only participate in first phase of training program. After getting trained principal will share to their students what he has learned. A school of Patna Sadar, Danapur, Bihta, Naubatpur, Phulwari, Maner and Punpun has been selected for training program.
Really I am thankful to the government. This is a very good initiative taken by the government. But we have to look how much this will be successful or reduced in the pages of paper.
