First, I’m going to tell you why coconut water is hot right now. Then I’m going to tell you why you should drink coconut water?

However, new technologies increase coconut water’s shelf life up to 10 months!  Now it’s practical for companies to package it and ship it to places that have never been exposed to coconut water!  Drinking it is safe as it is pasteurized to remove harmful bacteria before it is packaged and exported from its source countries.  Coconut water is becoming popular right now because it can be exported so easily and is great for your body.

It helps you lose fat.  Plain water helps detoxify the body and helps to keep your metabolism up. Its nutrient helps people who exercise regularly.  It is high in potassium, so it helps you work out longer without cramping up and helps your muscles recover faster after working out.  It has other nutrients like magnesium and sodium, which are often lost during vigorous exercise.  So drinking coconut water after working out will help replenish these nutrients and help you stay hydrated.
